Practical
Buildings are tested against real constraints, not just spreadsheet assumptions.
Who We Are
Built for investors and owners who need careful work before capital, time, or reputation is committed.
Founder
Jonny founded Blue Line Capital to give owners, family offices, and investors a quieter kind of real estate advice: careful work, plain language, and a recommendation grounded in the review itself.
His MEng in Mechanical Engineering with Management led into engineering work on complex building systems in Hong Kong and Brunei. That early training still shapes how BLC looks at buildings today, with attention to practical constraints, capex, lifecycle cost, risk, and the difference between a good story and a workable plan.
Before forming BLC, Jonny worked at Swire Properties on prime Hong Kong office assets including Taikoo Place and Pacific Place, and later as a senior account manager at IP Global, with work in Papua New Guinea. Those roles inform the work, but they are not the point of the firm.
Buildings are tested against real constraints, not just spreadsheet assumptions.
Experience is used to ask better questions, not to overstate certainty.
Recommendations are reviewed and signed off by the same senior lead who scopes the work.
Blue Line Capital is informed by long-standing relationships across Hong Kong’s real estate market, including brokers, operators, owners, and capital partners. The network supports judgement, but it does not replace evidence.
The Seal
The Seal records that the work has been through our full review.
It is a quality-control mark, not an external certification, assurance opinion, valuation, legal opinion, or guarantee of outcome.
